Joey’s Lawn Pro started on a summer afternoon in 2001 as a way to earn money for college. With an old push mower, a weed eater, and the drive to work hard, Joey began offering lawn care around the neighborhood — one lawn at a time.

What started as a college dream grew into a trusted, locally owned grounds maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients with professional results and a personal touch.

2001 Joey starts mowing lawns with a push mower and weed eater to help pay for college.

2002 Joey earns enough to attend Washburn University to study Finance and Management and grows to over 31 clients.

2006 Joey’s Lawn Pro becomes a full realization as the client base grows beyond what one person can handle.

From Neighborhood Lawns To Complete Grounds Maintenance.

By the fall of 2002, Joey not only earned enough to attend Washburn University, he had also built a strong client base of residential and commercial customers. At that point, Joey’s Lawn Pro became more than a way to pay for school — it became a vision.

Since 2006, Joey’s Lawn Pro has evolved from simply cutting lawns into a complete grounds maintenance company, adding new services and skills as customers’ needs have grown.

Today, Joey’s Lawn Pro remains locally owned and operated, with several teams of trained experts in grounds maintenance and customer service.
